Delivery Areas, Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

We offer delivery to Hong Kong, Macau and international destinations. Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds are as follows:

Order Tracking

Once an order has been paid for and the parcel has been handed over to a third-party logistics provider, a tracking number will be sent to the customer by email so they can check the delivery status.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

• Goods are generally dispatched on the next working day after payment is received.
• The daily order cut-off time is 3:00 p.m. Hong Kong time. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed on the next working day.
• No dispatch or delivery services are available on Sundays or Hong Kong public holidays.
• We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 7 working days after an order is confirmed. Actual dispatch and delivery times depend on stock availability and logistics arrangements.
• Delivery may take longer during major promotions, Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter or other seasonal periods. Please refer to the relevant announcements at the time.
• If customers wish to request delivery at a specific time or arrange parcel collection, they should contact the courier directly.
• Customs clearance, logistics arrangements, weather, holidays and other factors beyond our control may affect delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or at a specific time.

Delivery Terms

1. All orders are delivered by third-party courier companies.
2. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact telephone number.
3. If a parcel is returned to us for any of the following reasons, the order will be treated as an “Undeliverable Order”:
   • The address is incomplete or the information provided is incorrect;
   • The recipient refuses delivery;
   • The courier is unable to deliver the parcel after multiple attempts;
   • The customer provides only a P.O. box number; or
   • Other reasons beyond our control.
4. If an order cannot be delivered, we will notify the customer by email. The relevant shipping costs and a reasonable handling fee will be deducted from the refund. The handling fee will not exceed 15% of the total value of the goods in the Undeliverable Order.
5. Goods from an Undeliverable Order will not be shipped again. Customers who still wish to purchase the goods must place a new order through our online store.
6. If a customer requests a change of delivery address before the order has been successfully delivered, the new address will generally take 2 to 3 working days to take effect, and delivery will be delayed accordingly. The customer will be responsible for any additional costs arising from the address change.

International Orders and Import Taxes

1. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees or other charges upon arrival in the destination country or region. The customer is responsible for all such additional charges.
2. The customer will be regarded as the “importer of record” for the transaction and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and import requirements in the destination country or region.
3. We will describe the goods as “health products” on the parcel label. Some countries or regions may restrict the import, sale or use of these products. Customers should check the relevant local requirements before placing an order.
4. We will provide reasonable assistance with relevant information, but we are not responsible for local import or sales regulations, or for any resulting delays, seizures, returns, losses or legal liability.
