Contract Details

No contract in respect of any products shall exist between you and us until your order has been accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and you have already been debited from your account, these will be refunded in full. To place an order, you will be required to follow the shopping process online and press the "Authorize Payment" button to submit the order. After submitting the order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order (the "Receipt"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as your order constitutes your offer to us to buy one or more products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the "Shipping Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of a product between us (the "Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be bound to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate Shipping Confirmation.
Availability of products
All orders for products are subject to availability until we send you the shipping confirmation. In this regard, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no longer any items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order.
Refusal of Order
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. While we will make all reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that mean that we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you a Receipt, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website, removing or editing any materials or content on this website, or for refusing to process or accept any order after we have sent you the Receipt.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may return or exchange products within seven (7) days from the Shipping Confirmation. In this case, you shall comply with the terms of our Refund Policy and bear the cost of returning the products, where applicable (please refer to our "Return Info" page on this website). You will only have the right to cancel the contract if the products are returned in the same condition in which you received them. You must also return all of the product instructions, documents, and packaging. No refund will be given if the product has been damaged or is not in the same condition as when you received it, or if it has been damaged beyond the mere opening of the product. Order Processing
All orders must confirm the accuracy of order details and payable amounts. Once payment is completed, the order is created, and we reserve the right not to accept any requests for modification or cancellation of orders. For all orders paid via bank transfer, any additional fees charged by the bank are borne by the customer. Orders will only be shipped after full payment is received and confirmed. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including but not limited to delayed shipment, additional shipping costs charged by the courier, or undelivered packages.
Payment Processing
If you pay by credit/debit card, we will debit the payable amount from your account. If you pay via bank transfer (only applicable for bulk purchase orders or special orders agreed upon separately), we will start processing your order after receiving your payment, which may take more than one day.
If we do not receive payment for your order within the specified payment period after you submit it, your order will be automatically canceled (the payment period will be based on the actual display on our website). We will only process payment after verifying the billing information.
