Shipping Areas and Fees
- Free shipping for single purchases over HKD 299.
- For single purchases under HKD 299, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer upon receipt.
- We can arrange delivery to most regions worldwide. The actual available regions and shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page.
Pickup and Delivery Methods
Customers can choose the following pickup methods:
- Home delivery
- SF Express station pickup
Order Tracking
After the order payment is completed and the goods are handed over to a third-party logistics provider for shipping, the system will send a tracking number to the customer via email for easy checking of delivery progress.
Shipping and Delivery Times
- Items are generally dispatched on the next business day after order payment.
- The daily cut-off time for orders is 3 PM Hong Kong time. Orders submitted after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- No shipping or delivery services on Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays.
- We will endeavor to ship items within 7 business days of order confirmation, but actual shipping and delivery times depend on inventory and logistics arrangements.
- Delivery services may be affected by major promotions, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter, or other seasonal factors, and delivery times may be extended. Please refer to relevant announcements at the time for details.
- If customers wish to arrange a specific delivery time or package pickup with the courier company, please contact the relevant courier company directly.
- Due to potential delays in the delivery process caused by customs clearance, logistics arrangements, weather, holidays, or other uncontrollable factors, we cannot guarantee that goods will be delivered on a specific date or time.
Delivery Terms
- All orders are delivered by third-party courier companies.
- PO boxes cannot be used as delivery addresses. Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and contact phone number.

If a package is returned to us for any of the following reasons, the order will be considered an "undeliverable order":
- Incomplete address or incorrect information;
- Recipient refuses to accept the package;
- Courier company fails to deliver after multiple attempts;
- Customer only provides a PO box number;
- Other reasons beyond our control.
- If an order is undeliverable, we will notify the customer via email and deduct relevant shipping fees and reasonable handling fees from the refund. The handling fee will not exceed 15% of the total value of the "undeliverable order" items.
- Items from "undeliverable orders" will not be reshipped. If the customer still wishes to purchase the items, please reorder them from our online store.
- If a customer requests to change the recipient address before successful delivery, the new address generally takes 2 to 3 business days to become effective, and delivery time will be delayed accordingly. Any additional costs incurred due to the address change will be borne by the customer.
International Orders and Import Taxes
- Upon arrival in the destination country or region, international orders may be subject to import tax, customs duties, customs clearance fees, or other related charges. All additional costs are borne by the customer.
- The customer will be considered the "importer" of the goods in the transaction and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and import requirements of the receiving country or region.
- We will describe the items as "health products" on the parcel label. Some countries or regions may have restrictions on the import, sale, or use of such products. Customers should confirm local regulations before placing an order.
- We will assist customers with relevant information within a reasonable scope but will not be responsible for import or sales regulations imposed by local authorities, nor for any delays, detentions, returns, losses, or liabilities arising therefrom.
